open eyes to look for you
in darkness i see best
the breadth of what is false and true
much more than all the rest
my fingers trace your silken skin
the web then comes alive
this tantalising cage we're in
may yet portend the sky
sated on the sweetest parts
then gluttons take to bone
never endings, only starts
when craving is our home
crystalline between your thighs
so hard i want to burst
that you will bleed it from your eyes
my deep and endless thirst
in turns the earth and then the sun
moon casts its light on sea
i swear you are the only one
with whom i want to be
caught within a silken dream
the taste of us on tongues
more vital than perhaps it seems
like air that fills the lungs
